During the holidays, your package may be delayed. Due to high volume at carriers, next‑day delivery cannot be guaranteed. We’re working with DHL to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If their tracker still shows your package as not yet received, this is likely due to their backlog and may extend delivery times. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Which carrier delivers my order?
If you order on a business day before 11:59 PM, your purchase will be delivered within 10–14 days by the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that package size or weight may require a different carrier—if so, you’ll receive full delivery details by email.
Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes—you’ll always get a Track & Trace code by email as soon as the carrier accepts your package.
What if I’m not home when the carrier arrives?
If you’re not home, the carrier may leave your package with a neighbour or at a nearby pick‑up point. They’ll leave you a notification card with a code so you can track where to collect your parcel. Packages are held for a limited time; if not picked up, they are returned to sender.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on business days are delivered within 10–14 days. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 16 days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is €2.95. Orders over €50 ship free.
